Excellent company and very professional service. I contacted Steve of Lockwiz 24/7 earlier this afternoon with a query regarding my front door. Within no time at all, Steve and his colleague had arrived at my property and had started sorting everything out. They both came across as friendly, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Steve was careful to explain exactly what they were doing every step of the way. I got the impression that it was important to him that I understood the reason for every bit of work that was being done which was a refreshing change when compared to other similar companies that I’ve dealt with in the past.
